Transformational Leadership Country Immersion Course.

This country immersion course will take you on a 5-day on-site explorational journey through a particular country. Ghana 2024: January 22nd -27th In 2024, the Transformational Leadership Country Immersion Course will take place in Ghana. The course will take you to the cities of Accra and Cape Coast where you will see first-hand examples of effective leadership and vision within the cultural context. In this course, you will be exposed to the principles and practices of transformational leadership in these cities.

This course will cover the characteristics and skill sets of local leaders, and the practices of various transformational organizations and agencies in the context of Ghanaian culture, ethnic diversity, economical, educational, religious, and political systems and urban innovation. The course contains many experiential features, as well as more traditional academic pedagogies to help participants develop application in their respective contexts. Executive students will share a learning experience that is engaging, challenging, and thought-provoking. You will have opportunities to network together with today’s aspiring world leaders gaining invaluable information and knowledge based on real-world experiences. You will have opportunities to form permanent meaningful relationships that will endure long after the class is over. You are expected to effectively participate in networking which may require time outside of the class hours. You are also expected to attend and contribute to each daily class as well as in your assigned groups.

Caribbean 2025: The Transformational Leadership Country Immersion Course will take place in Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago.

Brazil 2026: The Transformational Leadership Country Immersion Course will take place in Brazil.
