Dr. Paulette L. Jordan

Leadership Professor, Texas, United States

Dr. Paulette Jordan is a retired US Air Force Officer who has taught and led faculty teams at seven universities and two community colleges.

She has served as a Campus Director, Faculty Lead, Department Chair, Dissertation Content Expert, Visiting Professor, Adjunct Professor, and a Military Outreach Manager. She currently serves as Director of Doctor of Transformational Leadership program at the Bakke Graduate University in Dallas, Texas. 

Outside of the classroom, Dr. Jordan has successfully owned and operated several small businesses and served on management teams and consulting groups with major corporations.


Dr. Kofi Osei-Kusi

Senior Lecturer, Accra, Ghana

Dr. Kofi Osei-Kusi is an award-winning senior leader, philanthropist, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and TV personality. He has over 25 years’ diverse professional experience spanning corporate environments, educational institutions, and non-profits.

He was named as one of 100 Most Influential Change Makers in Ghana in 2021 by Humanitarian Awards Global. He is listed as one of Ghana’s high achievers, leaders, influencers, and professionals in the “WHO’S WHO IN GHANA” directory https://whoswhoghana.com. He was the winner of the Foundation Philanthropist of the Year 2017 award at the National Philanthropy Awards in Ghana. He was the winner of the prestigious SME Ghana High Impact Personality Award in 2016; the winner of the African Youth Special Recognitions Award in 2016, and was voted by the Young Professionals and Youth Coalition of Ghana (YPYC) in 2015 as the Young Professional Role Model in youth development and empowerment. 

He serves as President of the Pan-African Leadership Institute, an executive education institute based in Ghana with alumni in over 33 countries and 74 cities around the world. Executive President of the Osei-Kusi Foundation, a provider of educational scholarships to vulnerable youth in Africa. Chancellor of GH Schools, including oversight of Ghana’s fastest growing media college, GH Media School. He also serves as an associate minister of Trinity Baptist Church, Ghana. He holds several current board roles, and has a track record of establishing and scaling successful organizations; translating strategy and vision into action and results.

He is the host and presenter of the inspirational TV show "Wisdom for Transformation" which is aired in Ghana on Lifestyle Television every Tuesday from 10:30PM – 11:00PM. He is a published author of 18 personal development books, including “10 Quality Decisions Every Young Person Must Make”, “The Power of Self-Confidence” and “Secrets to Workplace Success and Promotion”. Dr. Osei-Kusi has dedicated his life to humanitarian work and unleashing leadership potentials through his foundation as well as the Pan-African Leadership Institute.

He holds a Doctor of Transformational Leadership Degree from Bakke Graduate University, Texas, United States. He is happily married to Jackie, and they are blessed with four lively children.
