What qualifications do you look for?

Ideally, you’re in a leadership role at a corporation, non-profit, social club, political party, educational institution or religious group and proficient in English.

How do I apply?

Please complete our application form by clicking on the Enrolment button below or wherever you see it on the site.

How long does the application process take?

We process applications on a rolling basis and aim to respond to applications within a week of receiving the completed form.

What certificate is issued upon completion?

An Advanced Certificate in Leadership is awarded by the Pan-African Leadership Institute upon successful completion of the course.

What is your policy for refunds and deferring?

Fees paid are non-refundable. However, you can defer or transfer to someone else.

To defer your course, you can send us a written request within 1 week (7 days) before the course starts. You have the option to defer the course for up to one year from the date of payment. During this one-year period, you can choose to apply the fee you paid to any other PALI course.

To transfer your fee to another applicant, you can also make a written request within 1 week (7 days) before the course starts. However, the other applicant must have applied and been accepted to an upcoming PALI course.

To make these requests, please send an email to info@panafricanleadership.institute and copy panafricanleadershipinst@gmail.com. Remember to do this within 1 week (7 days) before the course starts.
