The Concept
At PALI, we do not graduate.We Send Forth.
Across the world, business schools hold graduations. At the Pan-African Leadership Institute, we hold a Convocation.
Graduation marks the end of a course. Convocation marks the beginning of your place in Council.
From Zoom to Council
For weeks, you have led and learned together online. The PALI Annual Convocation & Immersion is where we move from learning together to leading together.
It is our annual 3-day convening of Senior Leaders from across Africa, the Caribbean and the Diaspora — gathered in a different nation each year to be honored, connected, and inducted into the PALI Global Council as PALI Convocation Fellows for life.
You do not receive a certificate. You receive a Lifetime Honor: Sash + Advanced Leadership Certificate + Fellowship into Council.

Dignity
Every leader is honored equally. Your name is called. Your story is seen. Whether in the hall or on the screen, you are Sent Forth with honor.
Belonging
Convocation is not an event. It is an entry. Entry into a lifelong council of Senior Leaders who govern, build, and serve together.
Legacy
This is not a fee. It is a contribution to convening — to the ceremony, the sash, the faculty, the broadcast, and to being counted in the Council that will outlive us.
