This course is designed specifically for women leaders and those who interact with women leaders around the world. In this course we will examine contemporary issues that women leaders face in today’s business world. Topics include leadership and self-confidence skills, entrepreneurship and finance, holistic leadership for women, and leading professionally across genders. Each week, experts will share from their own experiences and current research best practices that have proven effective for women leaders. Readings will introduce additional topics such as promotions and career progression, mentoring programs for women, social and personal challenges, the influence of race and gender, and emotional and societal pressures. The four weeks will take you on a comprehensive exploration of prevalent and relative topics impacting today’s women leaders. It has application for women leaders and all those who interact with them at all levels.
